At Solutions For Your Pets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or send you the correct item. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the incorrect item.

Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods such as pet food and treats
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount

Return Process

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@solutionsforyourpets.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please include a copy of the return authorization inside the package.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for the exchange process. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@solutionsforyourpets.com.
